LARRY E. CARVER - PRESIDENT
Before starting Carver
& Associates in 1983, Larry was president of
Peachtree Purchasing Company — with John C. Portman,
architect and developer. Larry’s background includes
several years’ experience with real estate developers,
Cushman Corporation and Jack P. DeBoer Associates. Over
the years, Larry has worked with many top hotel brands including
6 Continents, Hilton and Starwood Hotels. During his career, Larry
has opened over 250 hotels, resorts and casinos.

KEVIN MULLEN - PROJECT DIRECTOR / MAJOR
ACCOUNTS
Kevin’s
previous experience with Home Depot of America brings a unique
perspective to a contract purchasing company - his vast
expertise in logistics, inventory management and
knowledge of resources make him a natural project
director. Since 1997, Kevin has managed re-order, renovation
and new construction projects for one of the nation’s largest
hotel companies, as well as, numerous individual projects.

MICHAEL BOWDEN
- INTERIOR DESIGN
MANAGER
Michael joined Carver & Associates in 1997 after
obtaining a second degree in Interior Design from American
Intercontinental University; he previously used his
marketing degree as a regional sales manager for a
cosmetics company. As manager of the Interior Design
department and on-going project director, he is an extraordinary
asset to both the contract purchasing and resale divisions at Carver.
His design expertise oversees simple design evaluation through complete
project specification with our in-house design staff.

LYDIA RIEHL - PROJECT DIRECTOR / LAS VEGAS
Lydia
joined Carver & Associates in1997 to manage the company’s
Las Vegas office and specialize in the hotel/casino segment of FF&E
purchasing. With her, she brought over 20 years of professional
purchasing and management experience. Lydia’s resume includes
ten years of franchise business management with Baskin-Robbins;
ten years involved with Hilton Equipment Corporation where she handled
project management and FF&E purchasing for the Las Vegas Hilton,
Flamingo Hilton, Chicago Hilton, and Hilton Hawaiian Village. She
managed FF&E purchasing for the Orleans Hotel & Casino before
joining Carver & Associates.

JAMES DUBOIS - PROJECT MANAGER
James joined
Carver & Associates to become a project manager after working
as a Property Insurance Broker for Marsh. He brought with him strong
analytical skills important for every project manager. James analyzes
budgetary needs, negotiates pricing and terms and issues purchase
orders for many Carver projects. James has been with Carver since
1998.

KRISTEN
RICE - PROJECT MANAGER
After
eight years in the medical field Kristen decided to change directions
and try her management, procurement and organizational skills in
the hospitality industry. She has become a successful project manger
for Carver & Associates is well versed in all phases of the
purchasing process - including budgeting, bidding and bid analysis,
issuance and expediting of purchase orders and project accounting
procedures. Kristen manages and maintains multiple projects for
Carver’s contract purchasing and re-sale divisions.

PATRICIA THORPE - PROJECT ACCOUNTING
Pat
joined Carver & Associates from a worthy competitor, where she
was in charge of maintaining the company’s books. Pat currently
manages project accounting for all Carver & Associates offices.

CHANG KUK KO - PROJECT DIRECTOR - KOREA
Chang Ko
has been working with Carver & Associates since early 1993.
He has been in the import/export
business in Korea for twenty two years, and has been active in contractsince 1992. Mr. Ko is a designer
and artist by profession, and manages all work in Korea.
