• CARVER & ASSOCIATES will submit specifications to vendors for competitive bidding. Value engineered alternatives may be suggested. Results will be summarized with pricing, terms, availability and freight for the owner’s final decision.

• After an agreed upon scope of work and contract commencement, purchase orders will be issued and verified. Deposits and proformas will be prepared for payment and a master schedule is established.
